TOA SUPERTILE
TOA Super tile is a high performance cementitious powder, single component tiling adhesive mortar containing cement, selected fine grain aggregates and specialty chemical additives. It is supplied ready-to-use with the addition of water giving good bonding for laying tiles on walls and floors, interior and exterior.

Product Usage

- Tiles can be adjusted within 15 minutes
How to Use
- Mix 20 kg of TOA SUPERTILE with 4.8 - 5.2 liters of clean water, or at a 3:1 ratio. Then, use a low-speed drill to mix until a smooth, consistent paste is formed.
- Leave the chemical to cure for 5 minutes, then stir the mixture again before using.
- Use a flat trowel to smooth the tile adhesive on the floor or tile wall .
- Use trowel to scrape the groove all over. Select the groove of the trowel comb to match the thickness of the tile adhesive and the size of the tile.
- Lay down the tile on tile adhesive and knock the tile firmly to the tile adhesive. Make sure the tile fully touched with the tile adhesive.
- Wait for 24-48 hours before grouting.
