Surface Preparation
- Concrete must be at least 28 days old
- The surface should be strong, clean, free from dust, debris, grease, paint, or any other contaminants. Clean the surface using high pressure water and allow it to dry.
How to Use
- Shake the container of TOA Self-Leveling Primer before mixing TOA Self-Leveling Primer and clean water ratio 1:1 by Volume
- Using a brush, roller, or spray to apply on concrete surfaces.
- Allow the primer to dry for 2-3 hours before applying the Self leveling mortar.
- Coverage approximately 0.1 - 0.2 kg per m² per coat
