TOA EASY FLOOR
TOA EASY FLOOR is a pre-mixed cement-based flooring compound formulated for floor leveling. Made from hydraulic cement, graded aggregates, and performance-enhancing additives, it allows for easy mixing, pouring, and leveling. Suitable for leveling concrete floors at thicknesses of 1 - 5 cm. , it creates a smooth, strong surface ready for finishing or the installation of floor coverings.

Surface Preparation
- The surface must be sound, strong, and free from dust, loose, cracks, oil stains, paint, and any contaminants.
- Repair all cracks, voids, and loose or deteriorated areas before application.
- Clean the surface thoroughly, dampen it with water, and pre-saturate the substrate until fully saturated.
Application Instructions
- Mix TOA EASY FLOOR with 8.0 - 9.0 liters of clean water for approximately 2 - 5 minutes until a uniform consistency is achieved.
- Pour the mixed compound onto the prepared surface, working continuously from one side to the other.
- Level and smooth the surface to the desired height using a screed bar, maintaining a thickness of approximately 1–5 cm.
- Check the level and surface flatness throughout the application process.
- One bag (40 kg) of TOA EASY FLOOR covers approximately 1.0 m² at a thickness of 3 cm..
