TOA Retarder Thinner No.T235 is a slow-drying organic solvent. Paint film is smooth and gloss. It can prevent mist on surface from low temperature. It is suitable for thinning with Lacquer, Industrial Lacquer and Polyurethane. It can be applied during high moisture and raining weather condition.
