TOA Repair Mortar
TOA Repair Mortar is a general-grade fiber-reinforced repair mortar designed for structural repair applications. It can be applied in thicknesses ranging from 3 to 40 mm per layer to achieve a strong and durable surface with high load-bearing capacity. The product provides excellent adhesion to existing substrates, is non-shrink, and is suitable for both horizontal and overhead repair works.

Surface Preparation
- Clean the surface thoroughly to remove all dirt, dust, oil stains, paint, and cement residues.
- If the surface to be repaired is loose or delaminated, it must be chipped or removed until a sound, clean, and rough surface is obtained before carrying out the repair.
How to Use
- Mix TOA Repair Mortar with clean water at 18–20% by weight, or at a ratio of 2.5 parts mortar to 1 part water by volume. Use a low-speed drill mixer (approximately 650 rpm) and mix until a uniform, lump-free consistency is achieved.
- Let the mixture rest for about 3–5 minutes to allow air bubbles generated during mixing to dissipate.
- Apply the mixed TOA Repair Mortar onto the prepared surface using a trowel, with the first layer approximately 5 mm thick to serve as a bonding layer with the existing surface. Then, apply additional layers as needed, not exceeding 25 mm per layer, until the desired thickness is achieved (maximum total thickness should not exceed 40 mm). Allow the surface to set slightly before finishing and smoothing with a trowel.
- Allow the surface to dry for at least 24 hours, and start curing immediately once the material begins to set by applying a curing compound.
- Coverage rate: approximately 2 kg/m²/mm.
