TOA MS SEALANT is a one-component sealant made from Modified Silicone (MS), providing excellent adhesion to various surfaces. It is weather-resistant, UV-resistant, and highly flexible, making it ideal for structures with movement and repair work, such as precast panel joints, concrete floor joints, and fiber cement board joints.

- Joints around gutters and drainpipes
- Grouting cracks in concrete floors or concrete walls.
- As an adhesive for installing decorative moldings, such as floor or wall cornices.
